**All events require a recent photo of all attendees from the waist up with faces. The photo is for Black Ring Swing Office Use Only to verify during check-in/entry at event(s). The photo and any information submitted is strictly confidential, for internal use only and will not be distributed to any other party outside Black Ring Swing. The only exception will be your names or screen name may be used for a guest list if our event is being held at a third-party club. Please submit your photo in the event registration form, naming the photo your first and last name used in the form

Step 2 - Click Upload Photo to upload your photo required to attend events, naming the photo your first and last name used in the form.
We respect your privacy. We will never share your sign up information with anyone outside of Black Ring Swing except for events that require your names to be on a guest list of a venue. In that case it will only be used for that purpose and no other.
